arm's area of 95 hiktars (1m sqm) Located 40 km from Tbilisi the capital of Georgia country.
The farms age is 3 years old and contains the following:

1- 21000 walnut trees

2- 200 mix fruits trees( apple, peaches , grapes, figs , cherry etc..) All trees are already fruited.
The Past season we have harvested 15tons of walnut fruit, the walnut type is chandler which is American from California , the best type of walnut nowadays.
3- Its fenced and protected by a fence lenght of 4000 meters.
4-the farm already has an administrations building, security room wach man and a tools storage room.
5- All types of agricultural machinery required are available in the farm.
6- 8 water lakes that has fish planting .
7- Full equipped Irrigation system to deliver water to all the trees equally and sufficiently by droppers , it also has italians pumps ,
8- A water stream is also available to irrigate the trees .
